I am certainly looking forward to a great year together. I know that we will have some great discussions, read some wonderful books, and learn a lot about literature, mechanics and writing together. This year we will work on a few key areas: • Improving the organization and clarity of our writing • Discussing the theme of adversity in literature and writing about how it changes our characters • Expanding our vocabularies through our reading • Increasing our familiarity with and mastering basic skills of grammar
