Think of the summer as a series of photographs.  Each snapshot captures a moment and tells an unfinished story.  In a word-processed paragraph (one page maximum), describe one moment in your summer.  Do not tell the whole story. (You may use one or two sentences to give background.)  Zoom in on sights and sounds. Create a visual image for your reader.
